a) When visiting the website:

When you visit the www.erbenermittlung-freiburg.de website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the website server. If you have any questions, you can contact the company using a form provided on the website. It is necessary to give a valid e-mail address as well as the name, so that I know who made the request and I can answer it. Further information on your part is voluntary.
Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntary consent.

The personal data collected by me for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed.

  • to immediately request the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by me in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;
  • to request the deletion of your personal data stored by me in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete the data and if I no longer need the data, but if you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have filed an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;

6. Duration of the storage of personal data

The stored personal data will be deleted immediately if this is no longer necessary or if the storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. If you do not place an order with us following your inquiry, your data will be deleted immediately.

In the case of tax retention periods, the duration of the storage of certain data can be up to 10 years.

The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place in the way of the so-called two-click method around visitors of our web page in the best possible way to protect.
